On the way to the doctor's office, I drank about 32 ounces of water so I would be able to give them a urine sample. I'm wondering if there is any way possible that the urine could have diluted the HcG, thus creating the negative result. The doctor did a pelvic exam as well as blood work including the quantative test.
Can too much water dilute the test? I probably drank 140 fluid ounces of water yesterday and I weigh 135 lbs. 1wk and 2 days later I had a major dark positive first response test, the day after I had a positive digital. I’m just concerned that maybe I’m not pregnant?

There is no time for the body to pool in hCG if you test too many times. Don’t fall for movies or videos where they test multiple times to and fro from the loo. You have to give at least 6-7 hours for the body to have enough hCG. Take a test every day in the week if you want but not more than once a day.

False positives, according to WebMD, can occur if you have blood or protein present in your urine. Now I don’t know if I should do another test.
Most women have no clue and think it’s a heavy period or random late period. First of all you’re testing too early. Secondly taking many tests in a row isn’t right. Doctor’s pregnancy blood test will be most reliable. Wait for two weeks and then get a blood serum hCG test. Take a test a day if you want to know early not more than that.
